When COVID-19 has a become a major concern to the whole world so to keeping such rules for social distancing the telemedicine have used a great resource of electronic information and telecommunication technology with the objective of treating the patients without getting into contact with the hospital facilities and the doctor himself/herself. Advice and other consultations of the patient has been done by the doctor online. Telemedicine can be divided or can be further categorized into two types where one of the type is synchronous telemedicine which means there is a need of real-time video conferencing in this type and there is the other type which is known as the asynchronous telemedicine which can be achieved by the help of the email correspondence.
Telemedicine is not exactly telehealth there has been a marginal difference between these two terms.
